Wallet Credit
Approved refunds are usually credited back to your ZM Mart Digital Store wallet for future purchases.
1. Overview of Digital Products
Since ZM Mart Digital Store offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (scripts, source codes, and accounts), we do not issue refunds once the product is sent or the download link has been accessed. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
2. Valid Reasons for a Refund
We only honor refund requests for the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues or server errors, you do not receive the delivery email from us.
- Major defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. In this case, our support team will attempt to fix the issue first.
- Product not-as-described: A request based on this issue is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- The product was used, or the digital account credentials (password/email) were changed by you.
- You do not have sufficient technical knowledge to use the product (scripts/source code).
- The product was purchased by mistake.
4. Processing Refunds
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be added to your site wallet within 1-3 business days. Please note that third-party payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.

To request a refund, please open a support ticket or contact us via our official email with your Order ID and a detailed reason for the refund. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24-48 hours.
